2. Material. The blade shall be manufactured from carbon steel in conformance with ASME B94.51M.
3. Blade body. The blade body shall be flexible or tempered type as specified (see ordering data) and conform to ASME B94.51M.
4. Tooth form. The tooth form shall conform to ASME B94.51M and shall be of the standard, skip, or hook tooth style (see ordering data).
5. Blade toothset. Unless otherwise specified (see ordering data), the toothset of the blade to be furnished shall be selected from table I. all toothsets shall conform to ASME 894.51.

6. Blade width. Unless otherwise specified (see ordering data), the width of the blade to be furnished shall be selected from table II. The tolerance on blades of 3/4 inch widths and less shall be in conformance with ASME B94.51 M. the tolerance on the 1.000 inch blade shall be not less than 20 inches and not more than 0.083 inches. The tolerance on the 1.250 inch width blade shall be not less than 0.020 inches and not more than 0.110 inches. The width of the blade supplied shall be consistent within ± 0.020 inches.
